Meals in trip: We are foodies…
No compromise at all when it comes to meals in trip. Places where we stay will most often have in-house kitchens and dining facilities offering local cuisines. We ensure that what we serve will broadly be suitable to most taste buds. Morning tea followed by local speciality & continental breakfast gets us started for the day.
What’s for Lunch! It’s a working meal but yet we go the extra mile to make it sumptuous and a fun experience. Our students may want to take up the challenge to prepare it in the open – shop for ingredients, collect the firewood and let’s start cooking. Alternatively, we may carry our small lunch bags and have it in the open. We have tried many fun things like eating atop a bus, on the hood of a jeep, by a stream, from the trunk of a car, etc.
Dinner – Our very special meal: Back at the base all seem to get relaxed after the day’s activities and look forward to the dinner we prepare and serve. Local specialties served hot and enjoyed over long tales of the day’s events.
